Pricing FAQ

If Creator builds it for me, why would I pay for implementation?

Creator builds the agent by reading your website: it knows what you do and it answers. Implementation is everything else: connecting it to your calendar so it books real slots, to your CRM so the hot lead reaches your sales rep, to your ERP if needed, and tuning the script with real calls over the first month. Building it yourself is free. Wiring it into your business is paid.

What does the monthly fee include?

Telephony, numbers, the plan's minutes or conversations, the AI and the CRM. We're a CNMC-registered operator, so there's no line or CRM to buy elsewhere. Only overage is extra, priced on each card: for example the additional voice minute (from €0.12), the additional WhatsApp conversation (€0.04) and, on official WhatsApp, Meta's marketing templates passed through at cost + 15%.

What happens if I go over my minutes?

Nothing dramatic: extra minutes are billed at €0.25 on Reception, €0.19 on Business and €0.15 on Contact. No service cut-off, no forced plan change. We alert you at 80% of your minutes and you can set a spending cap, so the bill holds no surprises. If you go over every month, the next plan up is almost always cheaper.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any time. If you leave, you take your numbers with you by portability, plus your CRM export and recordings. The 14-day trial doesn't ask for a card, so there is nothing to cancel either.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Every amount on this page excludes VAT, which is added on the invoice.

Is a pack cheaper than buying the agents separately?

Yes. The Essential pack (voice and WhatsApp) costs €179/mo against €198 separately, and each pack carries a single implementation fee, not the sum of each agent's. Every pack card shows both figures.

Can I pay for implementation in instalments?

Yes. Agent implementation, from €490, is payable over 3 months. And if you build it yourself with Creator, there's no implementation fee at all.
